Via dei Caudini is located at the end of San Lorenzo’s block, close to the Aurelian walls, not far from Porta Tiburtina and from Termini station. Close to the subway station A and B, to reach each part of the city in just a few minutes.
San Lorenzo area is a part of the Tiburtino district, between the Aurelian walls, the Sapienza campus, the Verano monumental cemetery and the railway line. The area owes its name to the ancient basilica of San Lorenzo Fuori le Mura, which means “church out from the walls”.
The building is located in a strategic position from all points of view: right in the center of ancient Rome (the Aurelian walls with two thousand years of history are only 50 meters from the windows); well linked; in the middle of a quiet neighborhood made up of small single-family buildings from the early 20th century; but not far from the university campus and the San Lorenzo district, very lively and full of bars, restaurants, galleries, shops and markets.
